Concept One Properties LLC ist aus der Immobilienkonzept Schneider GmbH hervorgegangen, die vor mehr als 6 Jahren von Elena Schneider in Frankfurt am Main gegründet wurde. Elena ist eine lokale Expertin mit mehr als 15 Jahren Erfahrung im Immobilienbereich. Nach ihrem Studium der Immobilienwirtschaft war sie für mehrere, große deutsche Bauträger tätig, bevor sie 2018 ihr eigenes Unternehmen in Frankfurt gründete.
Nachdem sie sich im lokalen Immobilienmarkt erfolgreich etabliert hatte, beschloss sie, ihre Dienstleistungen und ihr Know-how auf internationale Märkte wie die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate und Griechenland auszuweiten. Concept One Properties LLC bietet seinen Kunden ausgewählte, internationale Immobilien. Diese sind immer durch die Experten von C1P auf feste Qualitätsstandards geprüft.
