2. Accredited Investor Status

Our investment opportunities are exclusively available to accredited investors as defined by applicable securities regulations. By requesting access to our investment portfolio, you represent and warrant that:

• You meet the criteria of an accredited investor in your jurisdiction
• You have the financial sophistication to evaluate investment opportunities
• You can bear the economic risk of your investment
• All information you provide is accurate and complete

We reserve the right to verify your accredited investor status and may require supporting documentation.

3. Confidentiality

All investment materials, project details, financial projections, and other information provided to you are strictly confidential. By accessing this information, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary information
• Not disclose information to third parties without our written consent
• Use the information solely for evaluating investment opportunities
• Return or destroy confidential materials upon request

We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Concept One Properties LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

10. Advisory Call Services

Service Description

Concept One Properties LLC offers a paid Advisory Orientation Call service for potential investors. This is a dedicated 60-minute (minimum) one-on-one consultation designed to provide personalized guidance on real estate investment opportunities in our markets.

Pricing and Payment

The Advisory Orientation Call is priced at 1,000 EUR as a one-time payment. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. The fee is charged at the time of booking and is required before the call can be scheduled.

Refund Policy

The advisory call fee is non-refundable once payment has been processed, unless Concept One Properties LLC fails to deliver the call within 30 days of payment. In such case, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

• The client may reschedule the advisory call once, provided a minimum of 48 hours notice is given before the scheduled time
• Failure to attend the scheduled call without prior notice will be treated as a completed service
• Concept One Properties LLC reserves the right to reschedule with reasonable notice due to unforeseen circumstances

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including confidentiality obligations and limitation of liability.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified by posting the new Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
